Elemental Flow: A 5-Week Yoga Series Through the Seasons of Chinese Medicine

April 18 - May 16, 2026

Saturdays at 4:30 pm

This series invites you on a grounding and transformative journey through the five elements and their corresponding meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each session blends mindful movement and energetic awareness to help you attune to the shifting seasons.
Over the course of the series, we will explore how each element expresses itself in the body, how its paired organ meridians influence emotional and physical harmony, and how seasonal energy can guide our practice toward balance and renewal. We’ll explore the following themes in this series:

  • Cultivate stillness and inner resilience
  • Support clarity, renewal, and growth
  • Ignite joy, connection, and devotion
  • Ground into stability, nourishment, trust
  • Balance receiving and releasing

This series offers a holistic approach to movement and energy work, providing tools for seasonal alignment, emotional regulation, and deeper connection to your body's natural wisdom. All levels are welcome.

Bringing Forth Femininity & Intuition in a Western Society

May 15 - June 5, 2026

Fridays at 7:15 pm

IThis four-week series explores the connection between feminine energy, intuition, and the natural rhythms that govern both our bodies and the world around us. Through guided movement, gentle practices, and reflective discussion, participants will learn how cyclical patterns—such as the lunar phases and the inner seasons they mirror—can support deeper self-awareness, emotional balance, and embodied wisdom.

Designed for women of all life stages, this series offers a supportive space to reconnect with inherent intuitive knowing, honor energetic ebbs and flows, and cultivate practices that harmonize inner experience with the external pace of Western society. Each session builds upon the last, inviting participants to soften into presence, reclaim feminine vitality, and align more authentically with their natural cycle.
